Printhead Repairs:
All print heads for repair must be in as failed condition. Micromechanic reserves the right to refuse the repair of any print head, due to extensive damage.
Turnaround:
Turnaround time is up to five working days after receiving of printheads, for large quantities however, turnaround time will depend on quantities.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. Please pack your print heads carefully to avoid chipping damages. Micromechanic does not assume responsibility for damaged or lost packets.
Warranty:
Warranty covers repaired printheads for three months from date of repair. All warranties are void if tampering or disassembly of the repaired print heads have occurred.
Payment:
Payment is due upon successful repair of the supplied print heads, which will be shipped back to the customers once we receive the full due amount. We accept online payments through iKobo or direct bank transfers.
Ordering:
Please complete, print and sign our order form, and send it to us along with your shipment. Please also inscribe the serial numbers of print heads in the custom invoice with your shipment, in order to avoid customs clearance delay.
